By combining BBLM’s specialized healthcare expertise with CosciaMoos’ strengths in outpatient facilities, interior design, and hospitality, we now offer a full spectrum of design services to create innovative healing spaces.
We are dedicated to ensuring seamless transitions for ongoing projects. Brandon Sargent, Laura Strychalski, and the BBLM staff you know and trust will remain actively involved, providing the same high level of service and expertise.
BBLM and its predecessor firms were proud to contribute to the urban fabric of the Philadelphia region, designing some of the most recognizable buildings in the region. We look forward to continuing that legacy of innovation and service in our new combined firm.
Located in Center City Philadelphia, we offer a broad scope of architectural and planning services to a variety of clients in our region. Our firm history extends back over five decades. In its current form, BBLM is led by principals Laura Strychalski, Carl Kaplan, and Brandon Sargent. Our principals are “hands-on” professionals who provide leadership and continuity for each of our projects.
The quality of our service is validated by the number of clients who return to us for repeated services and who refer us to other organizations.
We recognize the uniqueness of each project and offer a broad range of services to meet our clients’ needs.
